Chic Editorial Fashion MultiPanel Collage

Construct a high-fashion editorial collage in a 9:16 vertical ratio, utilizing the provided source photograph strictly for facial identity preservation so that her visage, complexion, locks, and distinctive traits remain entirely unaltered.
